REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY -- PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY: As with all bridal-related merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Replacement made for THE EXACT SAME merchandise, if still available, only if the product you received was defective or damaged.


"AS IS" sales: if the merchandise was sold as an "AS IS, WHERE IS" item, there are NO returns, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS.


SPECIAL ORDERS: All special order merchandise MUST BE 100% PREPAID before we will order for you. Special orders are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-RETURNABLE, so please be sure that you order carefully and correctly. If in doubt, ask us for sizing assistance .. it's FREE! By placing an order for any of our merchandise, whether ready to wear or custom-designed, you agree that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.


INSPECT your merchandise on arrival, especially anything that is FRAGILE, and call us within 24 hours if anything was received damaged. Damaged items will be replaced with the exact merchandise on proof of loss. Save all receipts and packing materials until you inspect your merchandise thoroughly. We cannot replace lost packing documentation!
